655 Loop naar de Maid of the Mist

Welkom bij onze prachtige 2000 m² 5 slaapkamer woning. Het ligt in een prachtige wijk minuten van de watervallen, Aquarium, Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, heerlijke lokale gerechten, fantastische winkels en vele gezinsvriendelijke activiteiten.

Het huis heeft 5 slaapkamers, een volledig ingerichte keuken, formele eetkamer, een ruime zeer comfortabele woonkamer, een complete badkamer boven en een half-slaap-beneden, wasservice.

655 Chilton, Dit huis is in 1920 gebouwd en ligt in een van de mooiste wijken van de Niagara-watervallen. Slechts enkele minuten verwijderd, zijn we op loopafstand van alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden.

Als je door onze foto's kijkt, is het eerste dat je opvalt hoe groot het huis is, meer dan 2000 sq. Ft. Dit huis is erg warm en uitnodigend. Onze eerste prioriteit is om u een ontspannen en comfortabel gevoel te geven. We willen dat u zich 'thuis' voelt.

Er zijn vijf bedden om uit te kiezen. ze zijn allemaal erg luxueus, je zou een fantastische nachtrust moeten krijgen. Elk van de slaapkamers heeft meer dan voldoende kastruimte en laden voor een lang verblijf.

Ons huis is gelegen in een van de beste locaties in Niagara Falls. Al onze buren hadden hun eigen huis en zorgen goed voor de buurt, het is hier erg stil en veilig. U kunt op elk moment van de dag of nacht rondlopen. Nogmaals, we zijn zeer gunstig gelegen, dicht bij winkels, geweldige restaurants, en natuurlijk alle hierboven genoemde attracties, zorg ervoor dat u met mij praat voordat u naar de watervallen gaat. Ik heb veel nuttige informatie als het gaat om waar te parkeren en hoe je de attracties op de gemakkelijkste manier kunt bereiken.
We streven er ook naar om een schone ruimte te houden voor onze gasten, maar als we iets hebben gemist of als u een probleem ondervindt met onze verhuur, laat ons dit dan meteen weten. zodat we het voor je kunnen regelen. Dank je :)

Vergeet niet, ... je kunt naar alle bezienswaardigheden lopen, ze beginnen het aquarium minder dan 5 straten verderop. De bushalte voor stadsreizen bevindt zich oost in onze straat (Chilton) in Main Street. Er is ook een fiets / wandelpad dat parallel aan Whirlpool Street langs de Niagara River Gorge loopt en u rechtstreeks naar de watervallen brengt. Natuurlijk is er altijd "Uber" en "Lyft" beschikbaar.

We willen onze ruimte veilig, schoon en comfortabel houden voor al onze gasten en vragen dat alsjeblieft
volg deze huisregels:
• Er is roken verboden op het terrein, geen feesten of evenementen. Als je moet roken, alsjeblieft
ga uit bij de stoep aan de voorkant. Gooi sigaretten op de juiste manier weg.
• Absoluut GEEN medicijnen toegestaan op ons terrein. We zullen de politie bellen als drugs in gebruik zijn.
• Alsjeblieft, geen eten of drinken (behalve water) in de slaapkamers.
• Houd rekening met uw omgeving tijdens uw verblijf en behandel ons huis met
beleefdheid en respect.
• Houd de achterdeur op slot.

• Bel of sms als u ons nodig hebt
Inchecken uitchecken:
• Check-in is 16.00 uur - mogelijk kunnen we eerder inchecken. alsjeblieft
sms / bel minstens 2 dagen voor uw verblijf, zodat we kunnen zien of we u dat kunnen toestaan
kom eerder.
• Uitchecken is 11:00 AM of eerder. Stuur ook een sms / bel me wanneer je uitcheckt.
• Controleer jezelf met het toetsenbord.
Als u "Last Minute Extra gasten" heeft, neem dan contact met mij op en wij zullen ervoor zorgen. Als u het aantal gasten dat u hebt geboekt overschrijdt en u geen contact met mij opneemt, wordt u een vergoeding van $ 50 / persoon in rekening gebracht.
Als u de 'Maximale bezetting' van het huis overschrijdt (10), wordt u een boete van $ 500 in rekening gebracht.
Als een gast het huis beschadigt, worden mogelijk kosten voor het repareren / schoonmaken in rekening gebracht

We had a really wonderful and cozy stay here. We enjoyed being in a vintage property. The backlot needs some cleaning so that it is more enjoyable in summer. I would recommend staying in this property for a vacation.

Very dated and not supplied with enough trash bags or wash cloths for 8+ people. Had to go buy wash clothes and left them. Coffe pot not cleaned out. If you want to hang out in the backyard, I wouldnt it is not maintained. The neighboring house is scary, but we didnt experience any problem, just not appealing. The home was clean and organized nicely. Plenty of sleeping arrangements, the beds were very comfortable. Initally my children were wishing there were a few more board games. But with so many outdoor activities, it didn't matter. A great place for a large family. It's obvious that the owner is working to update the home even more and I would be excited to see those improvements in a future trip.

We had a nice stay at this house in Niagara Falls. It is about a 15 minute walk to the falls. The inside of the house was renovated and looked new. We were a party of 11 and there was sufficient space for everyone. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. The house had a nice front porch but it was dusty so we could not make use of that. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay there.

Great property in a very quiet neighborhood. This is a huge older house with plenty of sleeping and sitting arrangements. We enjoyed our stay very much and felt like a 2nd home! The owner was very good with communicating and helping us. This property is very close to the main attractions which was fantastic. Definitely would recommend staying here!

We had an awesome stay at this comfortable, roomy house. It had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. He also provided excellent walking directions to Niagara falls from the house as well as restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

I was disappointed with this stay, as well as the other guests in the house. It was unbearably hot downstairs, as there were no fans or air conditioning. There was AC in three of the five bedrooms, and fan in the fourth bedroom, and a fifth bedroom that was so small - with no AC or fan - my guest ended up leaving and booking a hotel. We had electrical issues the entire weekend (lamps needing bulb changes, switches not working properly, or switches not set properly in this old house, lights continuing to go out because, according to the owner, we can't run the AC upstairs on high). Then, the one TV in the house was not functional. For some reason, the volume didn't work. After we complained, the owner came by the next day and promised to come back that night with a new TV after he couldn't get it working either. He never came back. So we spent the entire weekend (Fri.-Sun.) hot, in the dark, with no TV. Our last morning there, a little juice dripped on the floor from a fruit cup my grandbaby had. When I wiped it up with a paper towel, it was black! That confirmed to me that the house was not cleaned properly. It looked like the wood floor hadn't been mopped in a year! The dining room table also looked dirty when I first entered, and upon pointing that out to the owner the next day, he assured me the house was clean and the table was just worn from previous use. I don't stay at rentals very often, and this is the reason why. Very disappointed!

The large home that can sleep 5-7 people- did NOT have setting for that number of people to use the living room. Need more seating. Wi Fi was awful, could only watch to or three stations. Big disappointment in the advertised large private back yard that we hoped to use with family and young children... was overgrown with trees and tall grass. The back porch was about to fall off. I paid way too much for this place. Location was great to get out and do the falls and area restuarants.

In its hay day, the house was a very nice, well constructed craftsman home. It was reasonably clean inside. The carpet appears to have been recently installed. It’s obvious more upgrades and updates are needed. Nice quality living room sofa and love seat, but the sofa was extremely stained. There was a double cover on it to hide the stains. There was space in the living room for 5 people to sit at once. The dining room furniture was nice and sturdy, seating for 6 & two stools. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and an extra room with a twin bed is the fifth sleeping area. The extra room was probably a sitting area/office space. Two mattresses didn’t have mattress covers and all mattresses need to be replaced; pillows were super flat and rather uncomfortable. When I contacted the property owner to request that mattress covers be provided, they were brought and installed. There were not extra pillows available in the house. The only TV in the house was a 42” TV in a very long living/family room; It would be great to have more TVs in order for occupants of different age groups and interests to enjoy TV watching. The lace sheers in dining room were noticeably dirty. The curtains in the living room did close completely at night, which was a little unsettling. The house needs upgrades to the electric circuitry. The light in powder room did not work. When reported it to the home owner, he addressed it by installing a stick-up light that plugged into the wall. When the light came on, I saw that there was a couple other stick-up lights in place that didn’t work. There was an extension cord that ran from the downstairs living room to a bedroom upstairs to provide power to the window unit. Several doors were locked in the house; unknown what was behind the doors. The information warned to keep the rear doors locked. Basement had a strong odor of mildew and sour water. Though plentiful, bath towels were thin. Bring your own. The kitchen exhaust fan didn’t pull out fumes or smoke from cooking. We cooked bacon in the oven and the house was extremely smoky with the old fashioned exhaust built into the wall. The pots and pan selection available was somewhat minimal. The owner supplied some toiletries; No grill. Overall, it served as home for 3 nights and with continued attention to the inside and outside, it will be a star property in the future.

The owner was lovely! They were super helpful and communicated well with us. The house was incredibly clean, comfortable, and spacious. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to the falls and there is a park and trail at the end of the block that runs right next to the Niagara gorge. I super enjoyed my stay on Chilton Ave!

House was great option compared to hotels. Owner was great to deal with. House was in great shape with all supplies needed for the 9 guests we had. Will definitely stay again next time we visit the Buffalo area. Definitely want to call out the neighbors across the street who within the first couple hours made it a point to welcome us to the area.
