Good. The lady who serves is lovely. The house is somewhat remote, but in a quiet residential area. The breakfast and service are magnificent. I have one complaint: they don't provide check-in information. The system wouldn't let me write to the property; I had to speak to Expedia, spending 30 minutes, and even then they couldn't contact the property. How easy it is to send the information ahead of time and not have guests worried! They also didn't say if we could leave our bags early, as it's very tedious to visit the Falls with them; in the end, they were able to. Summary: Please provide more information with more time.
