Was great. Just wish there were dresser drawers to put our clothes in and some sort of blinds on the windows to keep out light and provide additional privacy.

It worked perfectly for us. It is the first floor of an old house within walking distance of everything and across the street from the aquarium. There were simple rules and the place had everything we needed for a few days.

Bathroom is very small and no locks. If you have more people to stay, it is not comfortable. No hanger for cloths in bedrooms and bathroom.

Questionable neighborhood with alley entrance. Outdoor property not well maintained. Curtains were see through and falling off the wall (imagine taking a shower in the evening). Can see throughout the first floor from the sidewalk. Visible staining in bedroom ceiling. Missing light bulbs.Kitchen backsplash is NOT tile or glass- it’s paper barely attached to the wall.

The pictures in the listing are overwhelmingly deceitful. While the property was within walking distance of Niagara Falls and the aquarium and the neighborhood is in the “historical” district, a few of the neighboring houses were boarded up/abandoned/condemned. We were completely thrown off by the contrast between the online presentation and the actual property and surroundings. Additionally, parking was very limited as the “driveway” was shared by tour vans. Lastly, the chandelier did not work and had an extension cord hanging from it to plug in with black ice scented car trees placed on top for the air freshener.

Parking was in front on the entrance, so it was easy to unload and load belongings.Very close to Niagara Falls Park, so we did not need to pay extra for parking at the Falls.Very clean and quiet neighborhood.

Nice spot near Niagra Falls

The listing is accurate. It's a nice, clean property. You have to come in through the alley to park (just nice to know). It's about a block away from the aquarium and 3 to 4 blocks from Niagra Falls.

Apartment was as described. Wish there was blinds on bathroom and both bedroom window, dish towels and potholders for the kitchen. And a few outside chairs.
