'Lockport Inn and Suites is a great place. We’ve stopped here several times during bike rides on the Erie Canal trail and are always welcomed by the friendly staff with a clean room, great AC, comfortable bed, and excellent shower. They even have a locked shed for your bike, and tools and stuff to clean it!'

'The staff was wonderful ! Jamal the front desk clerk was so nice to all our family. He really made us feel welcome. The rest of the staff was very kind as well. The beds were very comfortable and so were the linens. The bathroom was nice and clean. Plenty of parking. The surrounding were quiet as well. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The coffee machine in the lobby was a great bonus. '

'It was great! Right from a pre-check in phone call and then at Check in, the woman who checked me in was excellent! She was constantly available for things like towels, questions, even light bulbs! I am so sorry i didnt get her name, because I would mention her by name. And Yolanda, the "breakfast lady" deserves much appreciation, she keeps the food fresh and ready. And it's a lot of work, yet she makes it look easy, however it is not and she does a great job! Even the owner was pleasant, which...

'Very clean, breakfast was very good, staff were very nice and treated costumers. Fast check in, free parking. Pool and hot tub was clean and opened till 10pm. Lots off pillows and bed was perfect. Big shower space and very clean.'
