Email and VRBO had a different address so we went email one. Was not the right one. Got to the right address. Sidewalks were not shoveled to the side door which we had to enter. Got into the apartment. Downstairs bathroom was like an icebox. Could not use at all. Next day (Saturday) notified host. They responded stated they would call contractor. Asked when contractor would come. They replied later said between 5-6 pm. Went to my great granddaughters cheering competition. Came back 6:30. Contractor did not come. Daughter went home due to the cold issue. I texted host no reply. Called host could not connect. Texted again still no reply. Notified VRBO. After they got a hold of the host contractor came and they stated window was now fixed. We got back after supper and went to bathroom and yes cold air was not coming out of the bottom of the window but was now coming out of the side of the window closest to the toilet. Grandson went in and toilet seat was loose and only bolted down with one bolt. We didn’t use that bathroom and the one upstairs had to watch where you walked or would hit your head. I couldn’t wait till 11 am on Sunday to leave this place. I left them a letter like this around 12:40 am. I have no response back. This was the worse place that l have ever stayed at and considering to go back to hotels. I couldn’t rate it a zero so l rated it a one. Would l recommend this place not in this lifetime.
