Summary:

Hello! Welcome to my 3 bedrooms home located just minutes from Niagara Falls! It has 2 parking spots located directly on the driveway, brand new floors, a modern full bath and a separate half bath. The 3 bedrooms are all located upstairs and the layout is King, King and Queen (2 king beds and 1 queen bed)



There is a large couch for the entire family to sit and watch Netflix together on my flat screen TV - there is also cable. I provide linens, towels, coffee, and high-speed wifi.

Firstly, I want to say that we had an amazing weekend. The house fit our needs, but for the cost, I was surprised at its condition. Secondly, the communication was miserable between the business and myself. There was zero response at a time we needed help the most. We couldn't get inside because there are TWO code boxes that light up. We did everything with the one hanging from the door, not even realizing there was one mounted to the door. A word about that would have been greatly appreciated.Thirdly, there was a "cleaning" cost of 200 that I'm sure isn't being spent on cleaning. If the property owner is paying the cleaners, money isn't being spent on what it should be. Everything was gross inside and out. The furniture was either completely broken or was left with missing parts. Fourthly, the curtains don't fit the windows, and privacy is an issue. The shower tub bottom is super slick and a safety issue. There were no washcloths or hand towels in the bathroom. The overall condition of the place is bleak. The backyard is unkempt. Although the neighbors were very nice, the neighborhood wasn't the best. There was no support as to how to operate the TV, access the Internet, get around the town, nor information about places to see or to go and eat. It was a college house for twenty-year-olds at best. Would not rent again. Do not recommend unless the cost is reduced dramatically or a major upgrade is completed.

DON'T STAY HERE. Especially if you have a cat allergy. It was posted and confirmed as an animal free house and I got hit in the face with horrible smell of cat dander when I entered the house. I asked for a partial refund because I couldn't stay there for a night due to my allergy and the host refused to communicate or address the issue. The house is also in an awful side of town, not within walking distance to the falls, which I was told directly by the host that it was. She lied and ripped me off after lying to me about it being animal/pet free. After I got nowhere with contacting the owner I asked VRBO for assistance in the matter and they were incredibly unhelpful and ultimately stood by the owner. Totally unacceptable.

This property is located in a rough, run-down neighborhood. Since the neighbors were what ultimately caused us to end our vacation early, I’ll start with that experience. The neighbors are growing marijuana right along the fence and they were terribly loud. We left the property at 8 that morning to go sight seeing and didn’t get back until around 7:15 PM. We sat down to watch a movie and power down from the day when the neighbors started blasting music (around 8 PM). The music was so loud that we were fighting to hear the TV. At this point, we were fed up and decided to cut our losses and end our vacation a day early. Now about the property. The pictures and description online are far from the reality we experienced. The furniture is past the point of needing replaced. Mattresses were very uncomfortable and linens/pillows were scarce. There are no ceiling fans or box fans in the bedrooms. They become really stuffy if you’re a warm sleeper. I’d imagine the opposite is true in the winter, as the blanket is just thin sheets and they offer no spare blankets to add. I would suggest anyone visiting plan to bring their own blankets and pillows. The property is listed as pet friendly, but with the lack of yard maintenance, it is not. I’m glad we decided not to bring our pets along for this journey. The back yard is also badly over grown and the house overall was not maintained well.Lastly and most importantly, this property is NOT family friendly. In addition to the bad area,

Way overpriced for a dirty house. I first arrived and the neighbor was outside blairing music but it was good music so I didn't say anything. I informed the host about how dirty it was and they offered for the cleaning lady to come but I declined because I just wanted to relax without having someone going around the house. They obviously don't care to fix anything since past reviews state how dirty it is and the couch needing fixed and it's still the same way. There are cobwebs throughout the house and a smushed bug or spider that's on the inside of the front door. The window glass on the back of the house is broken, that's probably where all the flies and bugs are coming in to the hiuse.The scent of Marijuana from the neighbor growing it is pretty intense. The beds are really hard so anyone with a bad back needs to beware. I was only there for about 3 hours before I left, asking for a refund on only one of the two nights I was going to be there and I've been ignored. I contacted VRBO and they are also being ignored by the host. Comfort inn was clean and enjoyable. Don't waste your money on this property

The Price and location is hard to beat. It’s not walkable to the falls but you can easily go up Victoria street and find a parking 10 just beside Clifton hill park and walk to the fall from there (parking close to the fall 30)The location is not a fancy area but we were out most of the time The place is spacious and has big living area Cleanliness … could be a bit better and there was no dish towel, hand towels But overall did enjoy our stay and make it work. T’The host was super responsive and quick to reply.

I have always had great experiences with VRBO but not this time. The house was in a very sketchy neighborhood. Marijuana growing along the fence on the neighbor’s side. Dog poop in bags on the back deck along with hot dog buns and an onion in the back yard. The back door was unlocked and a bathroom window was open. The home was advertised with a washer & dryer which were in the basement and still wrapped from the manufacturer. The bedding was stained and the house smelled very musty. The extra toilet paper tiles look like they had been dipped in urine and then dried. There was no remote for the tv and the couch looked like it came from a frat house (the pictures of the couch look fine but it was extremely ripped and worn). One of the reviews turned out to not even be for this property. Extremely disappointed.

This property was just fine. Instructions for check in were excellent, however the property had some minor flaws including no outlet in full bathroom, outlet in half bath didn’t work and ice maker didn’t work. There is wine fridge but no place to plug it in. The property is convenient, however the neighbors were quite noisy.

Stars for 2 car parking and basic cleanliness. That is all I can say for this house. We made a list of 35 things wrong with this booking, including dust, mold, the worst mattresses and pillows, no kitchen cutting boards/pans/pots/trays, extreme heat upstairs, a bedroom door that doesn’t close, and on. The neighbours grow weed and the smell is strong outside plus an overgrown lawn and debris meant we did not spend any time outside like we planned. The house needs TLC and actual cleaning - our feet and socks were black the whole stay, including after using a swiffer wetjet twice. We were lucky we brought 3 fans and our own blackout curtains. We had to buy cleaning products and a bathtub plug. The basement is dusty and disgusting, so we never went down to do our laundry. Pictures do not accurately represent the state of the house, especially the upstairs. Disappointed is an understatement.

It was a good trip

Enjoy the fact it was far enough away from falls that we could enjoy the peace. There is some issues with the livingroom furniture, and the upstairs shower curtain but overall, it was a great place to stay.

Nice cozy house

This house had tons of space, six bedrooms in all! We enjoyed how close it was to downtown Niagara Falls. It was very convenient. We had an issue with the heat, but the owner was very prompt in helping us and sent someone to fix it right away.
