I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. At first glance, the room appeared clean, but when I pulled back the bed covers, I found a pair of dirty socks left in the bed. This immediately raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and whether the bedding had been properly changed.
I reported the issue to the front desk, but the response only made things worse. I felt dismissed, as though my concern wasn’t taken seriously. While they did offer a solution, it felt inadequate given the situation—they only compensated me for parking and did not offer any compensation for the room itself. There was little acknowledgment of how unacceptable and unhygienic the issue was.
Cleanliness and proper housekeeping are basic expectations, and this experience fell far short. Between the condition of the room and the lack of an appropriate response, I left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable.
Overall, I was very disappointed and would not feel confident staying here again unless there were significant
