While not one of the best inns one could find, considering the sky-high prices in Niagara Falls, this is not a bad option for trips on a budget.
Rooms are so-so when it comes to cleanliness (you may encounter a cockroach or two). Especially if you're on the ground level, the rooms are quite noisy and without much privacy. Most other guests seemed to be smokers, and I suspect smoking was done in our room as well by other guests.
The advantages of this inn are, however, the proximity to Clifton Hill, restaurants and other attractions, as well as the reasonable prices (at least compared to other places in the Niagara region).
