it was a pleasant stay. Friendly welcome. neat flat; the bed was slightly small for two people. Taking off the shoes on entering is a bit of an adjustment, but completely understandable

Very nice location
What an excellent experience we had during our stay in this b&b! Despite the fact that we made a mistake in the arrival date. Immediately a solution is found! Very nice breakfast and an ideal location to visit the falls. Just outside the center is perfect to have a good quiet sleep and the falls are within walking distance. I would recommend this place to everyone!!

This property is so far the best that I have stayed at. The entire home was super clean. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our hosts, Alice and Jackie were very friendly and welcoming. They prepared a delicious, fresh breakfast every morning. They supplied everything that we would possibly need for our stay, including snacks in the common living room area. I will definitely return here when we visit Niagara Falls again.

An excellent place to stay
We had a wonderful stay at Susan's Villa. Alice and Jacky are excellent hosts! We especially loved the breakfast each morning; every dish was delicious and unique. Our suite was clean, cozy and warm, full of great amenities and was spacious and well decorated. There was a lot of closet and drawer space, a fantastic bathroom and shower/tub, and we were happy that it was self-check-in with keyless entry, so we didn't have keys to lose as we toured around. One of the best parts was the close proximity to all the Niagara Falls sites; we were able to walk to a lot of the local things, and if you figure out the WeGo bus system you can just leave your car at the villa and almost never pay for parking. We are definitely sad at home today without Alice and Jacky's wonderful breakfasts!

Great Location - Great Place
This is a wonderful B&B. Our unit consisted of a large living room with a large closet, bedroom, and the bathroom. Exceptionally clean! Breakfast was delicious. We stayed three nights and it was nice to have so much room to spread out in. It is just a few blocks from the main areas. We walked every day and when we couldn't walk to an attraction - the WeGo bus stop was just a couple of blocks away. I definitely would give it 5 stars. If I found anything that was lacking was the streaing service on the TV. We are "news junkies" and we couldn't find a news station that was a complete show - not just a news clip from the streaming service. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Great location, lovely quiet garden
Host Alice was very welcoming. Lots of space, seating area separate from bedroom in our downstairs suite. Good air conditioning. Nice breakfast. We enjoyed the peaceful shady garden. Location was great, lovely quiet street but really close to the Clifton street area and the gorge.

Great place to stay at Niagara Falls, about a 10 min walk to the main area of Niagara and easy to navigate to and from the falls. Close to public transport. Very quiet neighbourhood, very clean and the hosts are very welcoming and warm people.

Emplacement parfait pour être proche de la rue Clinfton et toutes ses attractions ! Parking gratuit, herbegement propre et confortable ! Petit déjeuné pas habituel mais fait maison et très bon ! Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés! Je recommande !

The owner charges for every single guest after two no matter how many rooms you get. This policy is weird. I had to pay for my 2 years old as an adult without any extra facilities for him.

Susan and her husband are super hosts. I appreciated the cleanliness of the entire house: all guests must take off their shoes at the entrance and I saw a Dyson in action every morning. Superlative breakfast cooked by the owners who are always ready to serve you extra food/beverage if wished: we stayed there 3 days and everyday we found something different to taste. Great position Just 10 mins walking from the Falls and from WeGo bus (it takes to all main attractions and to the megabus station)

It's unsuitable to stay with kids.
There is a beautiful garden. We could have breakfast and enjoy the view at the same time. The hotel hosts are really nice and always smile. The breakfast is boring and not enough. The sound isolation is so bad. We could hear the sound of faucet, water dripping, clop-clop, talking, and so on. The parking lot is crowded. The kitchen is not opening for use. No water dispenser. Walking to the Niagara falls will spend about 10 minutes.

Our stay was great. The house is walking distance to the falls. Alice and her husband are very kind people who made you feel so comfortable. Home made breakfast everyday. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious. Great experience!!

Location was within walking distance of the falls, and in a safe neighborhood. Rooms were very clean, somewhat older, but comfortable. The yard was lovely. Susan was a gracious hostess, made us a nice breakfast of scrambled eggs ad German pancakes. Parking may be crowded during busy times, but we were the only guests that day.

Susan is very happy that you did appreciate her good work. But at the same time, she is sad that you gave her only 4 points instead of 5 she expected from you. What went wrong? The rooms were comfy and clean. This is important. Not the age of a headboard. Even at busy times we NEVER had a parking problem. The lot was never crowded. Anyway, Thanks for staying at Susan´s. This hotel was comfortable as if it was my home. The location was great so I could go nigara falls and rainbow bridge by walk in not a long time. Most of all, the host was like family and the breakfast was home-style cooking by the great host.

2nd time will go again
This is the second time i have stayed here and would do so again and again! Susan was incredibly friendly, helpful, and a fantastic cook! It was literallya 15 minute walk to the falls and in a nice quite neighborhood.

We enjoyed our 3 nights at Susan’s B&B. The rooms were perfect for us and it was located within easy walking distance to the Falls. Susan and Edward were friendly and we always enjoy meeting new people around the breakfast table. If we were to return someday, we would try Susan’s place first!

Very nice experience! Susan and Edwin are super friendly people having a nice property. Super clean (I almost couldn't believe). Easy assess. Great breakfast. Location is amazing too. Very close to Clifton Hill. Really quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended.

Bed and NO breakfast
The bed & breakfast was ok, as far as cleanliness goes. The upstairs (where our room was) had a sitting room that was cluttered with excess furniture, making it unusable. Our "two-bedroom" suite that we booked had 1 bedroom that was locked (& therefore not usable); however with it just being the 2 of us, that was ok. There were 2 washcloths & 2 small scratchy bath towels in the small bathroom. When we arrived, we were told that because we had gotten a deal through the website, that we weren't entitled to breakfast ???

We love it
My kids love Susan’s Villa because they were able to play around in the lawn at the back of the property. It was not like the two hotels we had stayed in previous years. I strongly recommend for families.

Super emplacement à 10min à pieds de Clifton Hill, la rue pleine d'attractions et de restaurant. Vous y trouverez les arrêts WeGo, navette du site des chutes. Super accueil dans cette villa où l'on peut prendre le temps de la tranquillité dans les parties communes ou dans le très beau jardin. Petit dejeuner avec tous les hôtes ce qui permet d'echanger de manière fort agréable. Susan et Edwin sont des gens adorables

Run down, dated, crammed room, but good location!
Would definitely stay elsewhere next time...Susan just makes it blatantly obvious, she is not happy running a B & B. Very much like a hostel; small, scratchy gym towels, no soap, 1/2 roll toilet paper. Breakfast was ok, haven't had hotdog in scrambled eggs since I was a kid. The place has potential. Just seems they are trying to save a buck!

wir waren für zwei Nächte in Niagara. Vom der Pension aus konnten wir zu Fuß zur Stadtmitte gehen. Unserer Meinung nach ist der Besuch der Wasserfälle von kanadischer Seite aus schöner.

I would recommend this place to everyone. It is within walking distance of the falls and is in a very quiet area. Susan was very nice. A hearty breakfast was served each morning. Felt very welcome and would stay again if in the Niagara Falls area.

The caretaker just replaced 1 of the smoke alarms when the guest came into the house. Has to be done once in a while. The whole system worked despite this. This whole review is big nonsense from a very nasty guest who wanted to stay for free.
