We had a great stay! The location is excellent—very close to Niagara Falls and within easy walking distance, which made visiting the falls extremely convenient. Parking was available nearby as well. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had a nice, well-thought-out layout. It had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The check-in process was a breeze, and communication with the host was always clear and prompt. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay when visiting Niagara Falls. Would definitely recommend!

Our Niagara spot was wonderful and exactly the Shangri-La we needed after a warm and busy morning. The snacks were helpful and the place was clean. Great location. You can walk just down the street from the apt and get to the falls pretty quickly. Thanks for great communication and letting us stay there!

5 adults fit nicely in this place. 2 queen beds in one room and a queen in another room. 1 really large bathroom worked for everyone. If I had to list any improvements, It would have been nice to have another seat or two in the "living room" area and maybe a table that sat 6 people but we made it work. Pros: The place was clean and well take care of. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and all sorts of things we needed. The location was fantastic, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Cons: We didn't find a parking pass upon arrival and couldn't get ahold of the host, so we had to go talk to the hotel next door. Host was hard to get ahold of. The spider webs at the entrance were horrific, not sure if the cleaning people see that but it's really of scary, so many bugs and so many spiders. If we go back, we would stay there again, no doubt!

Niagara Falls - great location!

This apartment was perfect for our needs. Coffee was included and nice to have in the morning, but bring your own shampoo & conditioner. Very close to state park entrance, and close to Spot Cafe (great for breakfast)!

This property was located close enough to walk to Prospect Point, Shoreline trail, and restaurants. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

We never had to move our car. Location was perfect! We walked all over Niagara Falls and enjoyed everything about the condo!

Great Location

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The location has such easy access to the falls, and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere in town that we wanted to go. As a family of 4 with 2 adult children this gave us the extra space we needed without having to buy 2 hotel rooms. The place is not super luxurious, but is well stocked with all the basics that we needed to enjoy our stay.

Great stay

Great location. Very walkable to Niagara park and a few restaurants. Very clean and had everything we needed to met our needs. A bonus were the Kurig cups to get us started for the day. Happy Family!

Great location!

The town homes were perfect! Modern, clean & the amenities were just right! The location to falls was my favorite! Directly across the street was a trail that led to the American falls and Goat island. The town home was in walking distance to the casino and a few places to eat. I highly recommend this location for the price and convenience. Staff was very courteous, professional, and communicated pretty well. Parking was a little hard to locate but once you found the spots they well marked and just a short walk away.
