'The property is 6 cottages within a separate resort. The resort for families is great. Falcon Cottages are not. We were put in a filthy cottage basically a mobile. Stained couch and dining chairs, broken blinds. Dried up food down the back of the counter and chairs. I went to use a baking pan only to find it full of grease. Windows dirty, the bathroom floor was all chewed up and covered up with a mat. BBQ looked like it hadn't been cleaned from last year and toaster didn't work. I swear we...

'Loved our stay. Location was perfect, 15 minute drive to all vineyards, old town Niagara on the lake and Niagara Falls. Loved the resorts amenities. '

'Nice little cottage, has everything you need, lots of closet space. Pretty clean - however I did notice spider webs at the top near ceiling. The location is good, close to everything within minutes of driving. The place has space for two cars. The owner is very responsive and courteous. Had to put sheets on the bunk beds by myself, while being tired after the road trip before the first night.
