Prive Black Point Beach huis (5e huis van Niantic Bay) op loopafstand van drie stranden. 3 slaapkamers, 2 1/2 baden, 6 slaapplaatsen. (Twee koninginnen en twee aparte bedden) Omheind tuin met schommel. Open plattegrond met drie niveaus. Gestoffeerde speelkamer en wasruimte op lager niveau. Woonkamer, eetkamer, zithoek, keuken, terras en 1/2 badkamer op middenniveau. Drie slaapkamers en 2 badkamers (1 douche, 1 bad) op de bovenverdieping. Centrale lucht op midden- en bovenniveau. Tennisbanen, basketbalveld en speeltuin bevinden zich in de buurt van het clubhuis van de vereniging. Verbeterde WIFi, beddengoed, handdoeken, strandstoelen, strandhanddoeken, Pack N Play, kinderwagen, kinderstoel, HULU TV, koffie en mineraalwater verstrekt. Eigenaar woont lokaal om gemakkelijk te helpen bij eventuele problemen of om lokaal advies te geven. De vrouw van de eigenaar zorgt ervoor dat het huis goed is voorbereid op reizigers. Dicht bij casino's, wijngaarden, brouwerijen, chartervissen, Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Seaport, Gilette Castle, Essex stoomtrein, Newport herenhuizen (1 uur) en Block Island (45 minuten veerboot.) En vergeet niet te genieten van een wandeling van twee mijl op de Niantic Bay Boardwalk of loop rond Niantic of Old Black Point. OPMERKING - Omdat het huis drie niveaus heeft, is het mogelijk niet geschikt voor mensen die moeite hebben met het beklimmen van trappen.

Bill is a great host. He checked in with us to make sure everything was good, and then left us to our own devices. The house itself was great. It was exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious. The driveway is wide and fits 4 cars. It was too cold to go to the beach, but we took the short walk down to see the water. Again, we were there in the off-season, but it was very peaceful. There's a super cute deck off the back of the house which would be great in warmer weather. Truthfully, I have no complaints about Bill's house and would definitely rent again if I'm ever back in the area.

Great location, nestled back in the community and close to the water. This home is well maintained and a great get away. It easily accommodated the five adults in our group. My sisters & I are in our 70’s so the stairs were a challenge but the main staircase railing to the 3rd level was not too sturdy-needs reinforcing. That and the tub & shower were very slippery-just needs a rubber mat or floor stickies. Otherwise the house & grounds were absolutely great!

The house was great; spacious, everything provided, host labeled everything and made check-in and out very simple. Short walk to several private beaches. Beautiful neighborhood! Ping pong table was the icing on the cake. Will probably stay again!

Exceptional doesn’t even begin to describe this vacation rental. Everything from the host, the check in process, the cleanliness and the amenities this property has. I travel a lot for work and pleasure and the level of cleanliness this home (inside and out) had was better than most 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms are spacious and accommodated our family trip without feeling like we were crowding each other. The short walk to the water was nice. The neighborhood is quiet and makes for a relaxing getaway. I cannot say enough about this host and this rental. Thank you again, should we ever be back in the area I will most definitely be staying here!

Super house on the coast.

Home had all the conveniences one needs for get-a-way. We did not use but saw bikes, stroller, beach stuff. Plenty cleaning materials, paper towels,toilet paper, game room and board games were fun. Liquid avail for clothes washer. Tons water bottles to avail from even some chilled already in fridge thanks so much. Place was perfect - hard to believe entire home (all 3 floors) available. Loved the morning strolls in super adorable New England coastal area. Highly recommend.

Great Beach House

We stayed for a long weekend with two dogs. They loved having a fenced in yard and we enjoyed the deck. The house is very spacious and the neighborhood was great for walking. It was also nice being so close to the beach and restaurants.

Spring Break Getaway

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this lovely beach home in Niantic. So many great things to say about the home. The house was spacious, immaculate and the location was perfect. The neighborhood was so quiet and friendly. We really enjoyed our walks to the beach ( just at the end of the street)and trying a few local restaurants. Bill was an excellent host. He was very informative and always available for any questions we had in planning our visit. We would welcome the opportunity to rebook, especially in the warmer weather when we can really take advantage of all this beach community has to offer.

Niantic retreat not just for summer!

Beautiful home close to the Sound. Our stay was in February and just happened to coincide with a winter storm. The house was very cozy for my husband and I and our 4 teens. They had a blast watching the LR Roku big screen and eating snacks from the fully equipped kitchen playing ping pong in the downstairs gameroom (note-not really heated in the winter so chilly, but not frigid). Sleeping areas include 2 sofas in downstairs LR, 2 twin beds in upstairs room with fold down desk, 1 full in a cozy room next door, and a queen in the master BR. Master has a bathroom with walk in shower, cozy arm chair and a Roku tv with Hulu. Upstairs hall bath has a shower tub combo. Downstairs bath has toilet and sink. No bathroom in basement. Plenty of bedding and towels plus 2 washers and dryers. You can watch the sunrise over the sound (red sky in morn for the approaching storm was breathtaking). Outside has a deck and a swingset in a small fenced backyard. With the approaching storm Bill was kind enough to offer late check out and we had everything we needed to prepare. It was a stress free adventure. You may not think of Niantic as a place to escape during the winter, but this is great. The beach theme design was fun and carefree and helped relieve the cabin fever of our teens. We are already planning to return. Perfect for our needs and a perfect escape any season. NOTE-hard wood floors and stairs (pack grippy slippers). Motility challenged may struggle on stairs

Perfect weekend getaway

We had an amazing stay. This was the perfect weekend trip for us with our pups to celebrate our husky's 10th birthday(he has terminal cancer and we werent sure we would be celebrating this milestone with him). House was very clean and welcoming. Beach is just a short walk (or drive in the cold). The kids loved the ping pong table and being able to walk down to the beach. Host was easy to get ahold of if needed. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful home for a family stay

Highly recommend this home, very clean and comfortable. Owner provided plenty of guidance for check in/out, as well as a folder at the house with info such as using the tv, wifi, local restaurants, etc. No complaints, would reserve again if ever in the area.
