'This VRBO was very Comfortable. Old Rustic House thats Been Upgraded with Modern Accomodations. We felt Very Relaxed here. We cooked Dinner /Breakfast . and enjoyed some Livation. Sitting area outside was perfect. . and we slept well.. . The only thing we were surprised about was the On Street Parking for unloading. And the Stairs at the Entrance.. Not Handicap Accesibble. But, in the end.. We were very happy. And will stay again. No Problem'

'It was a perfect location, walking distance to everything. It was great for a small family- we went with our 15 year old son and his friend and we all had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Christopher, the owner, is wonderful and extremely responsive to questions. 'Phenomenal location - steps away from downtown mystics shops, cafe’s restaurants. We walked to the Seaport museum which was a nice ~15min walk through town and across the drawbridge. Kids loved the house toys and “hidden playground” 5 min away. Property was exactly as described. Clean with plenty of towels, kitchen items etc so didn’t need to bring much.'

'Leslie was very accommodating. The house had everything we needed including portacrib, bikes, wagon to pull to the beach, sand toys and kitchen equipment. The beach was great for the 3 and 7 year olds. Niantic is a quaint town with lots of eating places in the area. We will reserve the house when we return to the area. Thanks for all your help.'

'This was our first stay in this beautiful house, but we will be back! The layout of the home was perfect for our family get together. There is plenty of room and the huge dining table was a big plus for our group. The location is great. It’s in a quiet area of Mystic and yet, within walking distance of downtown. The check in process was easy and communication with the host outstanding. It was a 5 star plus stay and I highly recommend this house.'

'I booked this for a sister weekend. It was perfect for what we needed. It appears that the house was built to be a summer getaway, so it is pretty basic and no frills and comes with all the creaks and quicks of an older house. The living room is perfect for hanging out and the four chairs make it easy to rearrange to suit your needs. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you would need to stay with a family and the dining room is spacious enough to easily accommodate everyone staying...
