It is situated on a private estate with centuries-old olive trees; terraced gardens, a tennis court, and a half-sized basketball court are available by appointment.<br>The villa has 110 m² of living space, featuring a large terrace, a private relaxation area, and private parking.<br>It features a large living area with a Smart TV, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping quarters include a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet), two bedrooms with TVs, a bathroom with a bathtub, a safe, and a separate half-bath.<br>The villa is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, espresso machine, iron and ironing board, and cleaning supplies.<br>Linens are available upon request for an additional fee.<br><br><br>Nearby are marked hiking trails; the sea is forty minutes away, and Cannes, Monaco, and Italy are about an hour away.
