Located between the historic old part of Vence, a charming Provençal town perched between sea and mountains, known for its artistic heritage and Mediterranean landscapes, and Saint-Paul de Vence, the famous historic medieval town, the superb Villa Loubiane welcomes you for an unforgettable stay with family or friends.



The villa is accessible via its own electronic gate, is private, quiet and sheltered from view, and offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding hills. The villa is spacious and perfectly equipped, this property can accommodate up to 10 people thanks to its 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Optimal comfort for the whole family.

On the ground floor, completely air-conditioned, you will find a bright living room, a friendly dining room and three air-conditioned bedrooms (1 double bed of 160 cm, 1 double bed of 140 cm and 2 single beds of 90 cm). Two bathrooms (one with bathtub and both with shower) and a toilet complete this level. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms with fans (each equipped with a 140 cm bed), a bathroom with bathtub and shower, and separate toilets offer you additional space to rest. The modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, etc.) will allow you to prepare your meals freely. The living room is equipped with a television for your moments of relaxation, including Netflix and Amazon Prime.



An idyllic outdoor space, the villa has a beautifully landscaped private garden, a terrace for breakfast in the morning sun, garden furniture, a barbecue, a pizza oven, an outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator and sink, a ping-pong table and a petanque court: everything is gathered to fully enjoy the Provençal art of living.

The 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, facing south-west to enjoy the evening sun, can be heated on request (€50 additional per day, to be booked at least a week in advance) will be your ally during sunny days. There is a private parking that can easily accommodate 2 cars.



The villa is located just 20 minutes by car from Nice airport.

There is a free local shuttle that departs from outside the villa and takes you to Vence if you do not wish to drive or walk. There are tennis and padel courts at the Vence Tennis Club, located 2 km away.
