'The office and the room had a vile oder. After checking in the staff said she had to go change the sheets. When she gave me the room there was feces all over the toilet, the shower was dirty, the bed had a flat sheet that didn't fit, the microwave and fridge was dirty.'

'Hotel must have been very nice when it was new. But it really needs a major renovation. Elevators were mostly not running, mattresses were old and soft, furniture needs replacement. Staff were very helpful and friendly, it was the one saving grace.'

We went to the non-smoking room on one bed obvious dog hair all over I have pictures and the other bed had been used. If I didn't have to give any stars they would have got zero. Unless you are absolutely desperate no matter of fact sleep outside.'
