The Space:
Upon arrival at Simli Suite apartment, you can park your car directly in the accompanying underground garage box. Once inside the apartment you immediately enter the open living room and kitchen. This space exudes tranquility and style thanks to its tasteful decoration.

The living room is equipped with a spacious, comfortable sofa, while the kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities to prepare a delicious meal immediately upon arrival. The stylish finish of the apartment creates a luxurious and cozy atmosphere.

From the living room you have direct access to the adjoining balcony, where there is a garden table and lounge, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

Simli Suite features 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and ample closet space. Both rooms are also equipped with ceiling ventilation, which is wonderful during warm summer evenings.

The bathroom is equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, and there is a single sink. In addition, during your stay you can use the available washing machine and dryer, so you will not lack anything during your stay.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
