'We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the quiet, tranquil location. The staff and service was outstanding, everyone was eager to help. The spa facility was exceptional, particularly Zeinab provided an amazing and relaxing experience. The rooms are large and we had a cold jacuzzi which was very nice in the hot weather. The buffet breakfast was delicious. '

Our room was comfortable, the only issue is the fact that there is a mosque nearby, and the morning prayers are early and loud, and the room is not very soundproof...

De "Happy 1+1 hour" in Ascot Bar, van 5:30 pm tot 6:30 pm is m.i. eveneens een nuttige, onderbenutte tip ....'
'Beatiful and aesthetic location. Great view of the river Nile and city of Aswan. The staff is super freiendly and helpful. Wonderful experience. Great location to take instagrammable pictures and videos.
Only pain point - there was no WiFi, as their internet reception was being affected by wind. Need to invest in better infrastructure for connectivity services.

'It was great to stay in Steinberger. The care for details was huge and the care for the family was great. Mohamed at the entrance was very kind and the kids felt as if they came home, the rest of the trip they kept talking about this hotel. They helped with arranging drivers and tours where asked. Amazing, if ever coming back, I am coming back here.'

'Wir haben hier einen Zwischenstopp von Assuan nach Kairo eingelegt. Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb von Assiut gelegen in einem Sportkomplex.
Es macht einem gepflegten Eindruck und es ist alles sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und ebenfalls war alles sauber und in Ordnung.
Das Hotel eigene Restaurant hat 24h geöffnet.
Das Essen war gut und das Personal war sehr freundlich.'

"For the money you pay you expect a cleaner and better hotel. Our room was spacious with good beds, but it wasn't clean. Especially the floor was dirty... also in the corridor, next to our door, was waste on the floor.
