'The water in the shower was hard to turn on. The faucet should be replaced. The staff placed me on the first floor which was convenient since I was traveling with a dog. I was also near an exterior exit. The staff was friendly and accommodating for my needs. He told me of places I could safely walk my dog. He was also very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. This hotel is located close to the highway and therefore has lots of outside noise that can be heard.'

It was appreciated but a deep clean in the tiles are needed. Heavy traffic areas in the bathroom, are we are showering. The floor just felt dirty to step on. Shower was new and good water pressure. What happened to the breakfast?'
