'Everything was great, and the staff were always helpful and ready to assist. I will definetly stay there again.'

'On check out just 1 person at the counter during rush hour (8:30 AM). When I got home I discovered that they put the wrong invoice in an envelope. I need the invoice for my business administration. Already called to the hotel 3 times and emailed them twice, but it’s still not solved. Besides, at dinner 3 items on the menu not available and the breakfast card was not collected at night. To get my breakfast in the room I had to explain the issue to 6 different people. '

'The walls and floors are paper thin, every room is so loud. Asked to move to a quieter room and was put directly below renovations and construction, which was even louder. Crazy. Should be non smoking but smell cigarettes coming through vents.'

'Great hotel ☺️'

'Exceptionally high. The staff is very approachable and polite.'

'I like it'

'Street noise from karaoke lasted until 3am. Hotel window doesn't seal the noise well.'

'洗手间超大，功能分割很合理'
