Hotels met sauna in Hoa Lu

'Nice family they are very helpfull. We had a good stay and saw the beautiful sights of Ninh Binh.'

'O quarto é grande e a cama é confortável ! Muito boa a acomodação!'

'altough the staff was really nice, we had quite a few problems troughout our stay... the bathroom ceiling started leaking and our room was FLOODED. they just turned off the pipes power and told us to "go back to sleep". they didnt even change our room... when we came back after they said it was all cleaned up, they truly only mopped the floor. the toilet was still soaking wet, no more toilet paper, no water refill, etc ... theres comments saying they rent bikes for cheaper, but they charged us...

'Very helpful staff that went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They were always asking if we needed anything else, and breakfast was made to order and absolutely delicious. In addition, they gave us great recommendations for restaurants nearby including for bun bo hue which was fantastic! If you're looking for a quiet, family-owned hotel, this is definitely the place!'

'Clean room with good size swimming pool. Just got no TV.'

'Miss was very helpful'

'Breakfast was good. Staffs are friendly. I got 2 free sauna for 2 night stay which were great'

'The check-in was difficult as the owner of the hotel wasn't able to communicate in English. She used a translator device but it was limited to communicate properly. Especially, when she tried to explain the rule that we are only allowed to use one of the two beds in the superior double room we booked, it was so difficult to understand. In my entire life of travelling more than 30 countries internationally, I have never experienced such a rule (oh, I guess a cheap youth hostel bed in a shared...

'Super staff, great location'

'Clean room. Facilities are a little old but no problem. Staff is friendly.'

'All the facilities were very old, and the elevator noise disturbed my sleep. However, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also good.'

'It’s a homestay and with nice service. But don’t have elevator.'
