Ontgrendel de deur, ontspan en geniet in dit gezellige 3-slaapkamer cottage met kathedraalplafond, inclusief een grote hoofdslaapkamer met 55 "flatscreen-smart-tv met suite met bubbelbad, glazen douche en inloopkast en met een 6-persoons en 4-luidspreker Bluetooth audiosysteem bubbelbad een op mooie recreatieve waterkant huisje op Lake Nipissing.

Het huisje ligt op ongeveer 3/4 uur van Toronto / GTA, 18 minuten van Callander, 25 minuten van North Bay en op 5 minuten van het plaatselijke centrum en slijterij Young South-Shore.

Deze 4-seizoenen 2.000 m² executive cottage is ontworpen voor ontspanning, comfort en privacy.
Cottage heeft veel rustieke uitstraling en biedt een open concept van wonen, dineren en onderhoudende ruimte, terwijl u geniet van het uitzicht van een miljoen dollar op Lake Nipissing.

De woon- en eetkamer gebieden zijn ideaal voor entertainment en familie samenkomen. De woonkamer heeft een 6-delige bank met 65 "flatscreen-smart-tv en dvd-speler. Op regenachtige dagen kunt u samen films kijken met behulp van Netflix of blue ray / dvd-collectie voor u of speel Dart Board, Wii, Nintendo Switch en bordspellen.

Uitgestrekte 2 hectare vlakke grasvelden, composiet dek, ceder dock en strand bieden uitstekende speelruimte voor kinderen en games.

A great stay

It’s a beautiful spot, exactly as advertised. Spacious, lakefront property with a great view and well equipped with indoor and outdoor games to keep you entertained. Communication with the host Elena was always timely. Would recommend this spot to anyone, 10/10!

This was our second time here, and although we had lots of stresses getting here, the host was gracious with us checking in 24 hours late. We love the cozy cottage and easy access to the lake and trails for snowmobiling.We have nothing but good things to say about this cottage and the host.

Beautiful getaway!

The property is huge and amazing, being situated on the waterfront, you can walk out on the dock and fish while you watch the sun set. The grounds are big and has ample room for kids and pets to run & play. We had a blast on the trampoline, and after getting our heart rate up, we relaxed in the jacuzzi. The house is large too and fully equipped with everything that a normal home would have. The king bed in the Master bedroom gave us restful sleep after an exciting and fun filled day. Thank you Elena for being the most terrific host and for being so accommodating. My family enjoyed every moment. I would definitely recommend!!

Girls Vacation

What an amazingly well equipped cottage! Having rented many VRBO places around the world, this is one of the best. The kitchen is very large and has everything you need including, chef knives, a keurig, panini press, and ninja chef blender. The beds are comfortable with decent pillows and linens. So many games, both board and video, for adults and children. The host Elena is very responsive if you have questions. The property is stunning and we never tired of staring out at the beautiful lake or sitting around a campfire at night. Everyone enjoyed getting out on the kayaks and exploring the lake. The town is close by with excellent restaurants and a beautiful little spa if you are looking for services. Thank you Elena for renting out such a beautiful property. We will definitely return!

Perfect vacation at the lake!

This cottage did not disappoint! It was a wonderful relaxing vacation at the lake. From reading and napping on the hammock, playing on the lake, exploring in the kayaks, paddle boarding and nightly dips in the hot tub, this was the perfect getaway to relax and rejuvenate! Everything we needed was provided and the hosts even left a few treats! I can’t express how pleased I was with the location and everything that was available during our stay! We will definitely stay here again!

Elena’s property was wonderful and exceeded our expectations! My husband and I were looking for a relaxing lake vacation with our 2 dogs and this was the perfect spot. The home is well-equipped to host larger families. Things we found exceptional: - incredibly comfortable mattress and bed linens - lots of towel sets - we’ll equipped kitchen with everything we needed to cook, open concept space with beautiful lake views, gas grill that was well maintained - dock where we could easily pull up with a rented pontoon boat - large yard where the dogs could play, trees provide privacy from neighbors - reliable Internet, good satellite television package and smart TVs with all streaming apps - really comfortable couch in family room that will seat a large group. Grocery stores and hiking are close by as well.

Best. Week. Ever.

If you are looking to relax, unwind, and spend quality time with your family and friends, this is the place to go. The house is modern and well kept, supplying every amenity one might want or need. Elena, the host, is quick to reply to questions and is very knowledgeable about the area. While we had beautiful weather and spent most of our time paddle boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, and hot tubbing (all supplied), there is plenty to do inside if weather doesn’t cooperate, and the wifi is strong enough for working from “home”. We will definitely be back!

This is a gem of a vacation destination. Nothing but fabulous memories of a relaxing time with my family. The host went above and beyond providing opportunities for enjoyment and relaxation. From amenities in the cottage to providing details of near by attractions. The sunset across the the lake is awesome. Great place for a winter get away. Can't wait to go back in the summer.
