'It was quiet with an attentive, but inflexible staff. My wife and I wanted a room with a private onsen and this hotel was the only one in the entire area. We booked it through Expedia, but when we arrived we were told that all of the rooms had been taken, EVEN THOUGH WE HAD RESERVED ONE. We even checked in soon after the first available check-in time. 'The best hot spring ever'

'Clean room, staff are helpful onsai was very nice'

'The onsite onsen was very good and parking was included. I like the after onsen amenities'

'Wonderful hostel, cosy and tasteful interior. Very friendly staff, would definitely recommend it. While you’re there, the grey brew gallery and Ainu Hostel are at walking distance and worth a visit.'

'Super Japans local hotel. '
