'A great place to spend time with friends and enjoy the trails in and around Bentonville. Dirt Haven had everything we needed! Our group of 9 adults enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and the entire layout! Very comfortable for larger groups compared to many other rentals we have stayed at. The driveway easily fit 4 vehicles, and the 2 car garage was perfect for our 14 bikes in total! Many hooks to hang your bikes or bags! The park/dog park is also right across the main street plus Red Kite...

'This is a nice place to calm your nerves and restore yourself. This 2 bedroom condo is right on the water with it's own dock. The lake its on is a private lake and it's very peaceful. This condo is clean and everything works nicely. It's not far from many restaurants and shopping venues. Checking in was easy peasy, and the place was well stocked.'

'We really enjoyed this home! It was peaceful and we wished the weather was better in order to enjoy the lake- maybe next time. The only item I wished we had known is that the 5th bed is actually the day bed trundle. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had no issue making meals. 'Nice property with extra amenities…hot tub, grills, fire pit, and bike stands in the garage. Also very nice to have an air compressor in garage for bike tire needs. Location was ideal for trailheads and downtown activities.'

'My husband, son and I spent the week at Grand Lake. The house was well supplied with everything we needed to be comfortable. The property was conveniently located and we went to Crystal Bridges in Arkansas to see the Alice Walton's art museum, to downtown Tulsa to see the Bob Dylan museum and to Shangri-la to play arcade games and have dinner. The views from the patio are spectacular and we enjoyed sitting out and watching the boats and wildlife. We will be sure to book again next time we're in...

'The house was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and near enough to Bentonville. Kitchen had the basics for cooking. Enough hot water for 2 showers - you'll need to spread showers out if you come with 4 people. Exterior decks/furniture were heavily coated with pollen & tree debris. We cleaned them ourselves and notified the property manager that this should be a normal part of make-ready. Property manager was extremely responsive throughout our stay.'
