'Clean room, helpful staff, indoor pool and hot tub'

'Spark hotel was a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and helpful and very pet friendly with a grass section that generally is not available in other hotels. We will return when we travel again.'

'The experience was not good. We were able to sleep there, that is about it. Pool was closed and the floors were not clean. The mattresses looked like that had been badly soiled and not replaced. This property is not doing anything as far as upkeep. I had to tighten screws on the shower knobs just to be able to turn the handles. I should have been paid to stay there because of all the issues. The safety lock on the door only had 2 out of 4 screws even holding it in. We will not stay a this...

'The faucet in our bathtub broke off and was spraying water out the wall and when I informed the front desk clerk, he looked at me like he was waiting for me to tell him what to do and said to me " there's nothing I can do about that until maintenence gets here" and maintenence never showed!! So we literally spent the last 24 hours of our stay with a waterfall feature we weren't expecting! How awesome motel 6!! =('
