'We chose this place because we travel with a small dog. Upon checking in, the room was in terrible shape. The bed looked clean, but handles were hanging on the dresser by one side. Still, it was late and I had a migraine, so we stayed. Later in the night we found that the toilet didn’t flush well. The dog found a used condom that I had to extract from his mouth. My husband went to the front desk to find out that the toilet in the lobby was not working, either. So, we packed up and left early...

'Stayed here for one night with my two daughters as a short stop on our 6 week roadtrip so we have a lot of places to compare to. The evening "snack" was sufficient as a full meal and incredibly helpful on a long travel day. There was pasta, grilled chicken, salad, hot dogs, nacho bar with New Mexico green chili (yum!), even 2 included alcoholic drinks per adult. 'We love this hotel. It is comfortable, quiet. The beds and pillows good. Ac like an deep freeze which is great. Eva front desk is friendly and polite. We stay here every time we are in town. My son loves the breakfast. Works great for us !!!'

'We went for a family funeral. Front desk staff gave us the wrong keys (3) times. We walked into occupied rooms disturbing our fellow family members at 1:30am while there were sleeping due to this error. The toilet was also not functional. Front desk staff said we do not have maintenance and instead of helping us, gave us a plunger to fix our own toilet. Terrible hospitality and organization'
