'Enjoyed the perfect location and friendly staff. Breakfast was good no complaints. Cheryl was very helpful giving advice on the best hikes to take during our stay. We would definitely stay again.'

'Vintage & decorated nicely. Spacious. Waiting for tables at both nearby Restaurants was long.'

'Interesting fun location stayed in Cataract Creek overnight. Clean comfortable cabin. Only criticism was internet was patchy which caused issues with watching tv, but no big deal and lighting was a bit dim. Otherwise no issues at all.'

'Easy and fast communication. Great little cabin'

'I enjoyed the space it was just what I needed and the breakfast was perfect, something for everyone.'

'Amazing stay! Highly recommend'

'This is a nice place to shut down. The cottage is in the neighborhood on a hill overlooking highway 69. You are close to the city (Sprouts, Sportsman and restaurants), but far enough from traffic. You are 15 minutes from downtown Prescott. It’s small, but that is nice. Perfect for two people and a dog. Well laid out. There is a small backyard to relax in. There is no fence around the backyard, it opens up to the natural landscape. It is clean and well maintained. It’s a drive up a steep gravel...

'This is by far the BEST property at which we have ever stayed. There are 6 rooms, ours was the "Sacred Feather.", and was it ever. Absolutely beautiful room, comfortable bed, private balcony with hot tub, timed gas fireplace, a large shower for two, and many included amenities such as coffee, hot chocolate, cider, snacks, bottled water - and we had the ability to restock ourselves with whatever we needed. And, a freshly prepared breakfast, delivered to our room exactly when we requested. We...

'Place was nice and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the TV didn’t work no channels would connect. Chelsea and Ethan were very helpful and Ethan tried to fix the issue but had no luck. Other than that everything else was good!!'

'The basics of the property were there but the ambiance was lacking. There is no waterfountain, there is no fire pit, there is no telescope. I was told by the owner that those were just for staging. My room did not have a purple chair and it did not have the fun Southwestern comforter and pillows as shown in the pictures. So I was disappointed in that as well, however the things that didn't work in my room like the fireplace and the carbon monoxide detector the owner came over to fix as soon as I...

'Overall Good experience! Property was very clean, limited kitchen, just small refrigerator and micro. Beds were comfortable and shower was nice! Great breakfast with nice assortment! Liked the great communication from host too! And the location to Grand Canyon is Ideal ! Only 35 minutes. A few small issues at first but they were addressed right away!! '

'Awesome time….visiting Grand Canyon! This was the perfect place for me and my wife. I will definitely want to stay here again. Thanks again.'

'Pros:-The room was very clean-Tastefully decorated-Large shower towels-Comfortable bedsCons:-Single-paned windows allowed us to hear ALL road noise-Kiva Motel sits next to a main road-Had to really work to close main window; it would not lock-Butler door for bathroom wouldn't recede into the wall all the way due to bumping into the electrical socket-To close the butler door, you had to push the door hard into the drilled hole in the door frame and hope the little sprocket held. The door still...

'Loved our stay at Penrose!! Beautiful views all around. Perfect distance away from the main drag in Sedona. Peaceful and quiet! The women cooking breakfast on 10/1 and 10/2 were fantastic! Friendly, helpful and the food was delicious! It was our 1st time in Sedona and will not be our last! Can’t wait to come back and stay at Penrose!'

'Lovely property. Beautiful room, so many thoughtful touches from fresh baked bread, snacks, drinks, made to order breakfast. The pool and jacuzzi were also wonderful. I highly recommend staying here!'
