'The room was cleaned everyday, and the staff was extremely friendly. They greeted us every time we walk down from our room or walk into the hotel. On our check in day they delivered fresh fruit plate to our door which was really lovely. The location is also convenient as it is located in the middlef of south luo gu north gate alley. 'My experience at this hotel has been excellent. The staff have been welcoming. Two girls working at the front desk are very kind and helpful. The location is conveniently located above a mall with a supermarket. There’s plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Transportation is also convenient with plenty of taxis in the area. I’ve fallen in love with China and especially Beijing. This will be our go to hotel for our future visits to Beijing. We will be back certainly. '
