'Do not recommend. The room was ridiculously tiny — and I’m 5’0” and 115 lbs. It felt more like a jail than a hotel room. The place was stuffy, had no A/C, and there was no actual staff available to help, just some useless robot chat on WhatsApp. When my travel plans unexpectedly changed, they refused to work with me to simply adjust the dates of my stay because they clearly just didn’t want to. 'This was at the very top of a 5 story walkup. No elevator. Zero indication I had to walk up all those steps. Once you get into the place there's another 2 sets of stairs to get into it. The bathroom is at the bottom of those stairs. Checking in was terrible. You have to download an app to get the codes to get in the building. They don't include the code to the actual suite. I had to wait 25 minutes at the top of the stairs for the guy to show up with the code to get into the suite. Endless...

'Generally clean and spacious. Problems that rated it poorly are, It is over the tube station and the room vibrate constantly when tubes are running. We were on the 3rd floor. 'Very clean, well-located studio. Communication was perfect, very friendly. The studios are small, but have everything you need. The windows/curtains block out street noise nicely. It's right around the corner from the British Museum and the Brunswick shopping and restaurant area as well. Would definitely book again. The studios do get quite hot (we stayed on sunny spring days) but it does have airco and you can open windows.'
