'Great location in Leith, short walk to the tram stop. Quiet spot but with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel bar is nice. Our room had really comfy beds, good blackout curtains. Plenty of storage and well kitted out. Towels big and pillows particularly soft and lovely. Good quality bed linen. Nice to be able to have buffet breakfast and have cooked food done to order. Staff in all areas of the hotel really pleasant and helpful. Only minor signs of age, some chipped furniture...

'The hotel appeared hip/fresh however when looking more closely, some things where old (worn out) like for instance my which wasn't entirely clean and had mold in the sealant on the tiles.'
