'Hotel appears to be relatively new. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Ideally located if rooms in Gainesville are too expensive but Gainesville is where you need to go, as they were on the occasion of UF graduation.'

'No beach access. Front of hotel under construction- you have to go thru a small plywood area to get inside. No parking and the hotel smells like mold. Nothing like the pictures online. Avoid at all costs. Are son’s asthma is acting up because of how bad the hotel is. So upset that Expedia had this listed as a nice hotel with good pictures and it was a bait and switch '
