'Hotel ligt in downtown waar niet echt iets te doen is. Rivier ligt op loopafstand. Rondom liggen kantoren en in weekend voelt de omgeving een beetje desolaat.Ivm COVID werden kamers niet gepoetst, jammergenoeg kwam er pas de 4de dag iemand aan de deur die vroeg of er iets aangevuld moest worden. Ja lekker koffie. In en uit checken ging vlug, kamer was groot. '

'No service offered at all. People are not friendly, pool is ugly. Had to debate at hotel lobby to get our room cleaned. In standard they only do it after your trip. Disappointed experience '

'If you’re coming to Jacksonville to the beach, this is the only place to stay. It is such a nice place and everyone is so friendly and helpful. We have stayed here on two different occasions and we always come back because it is so nice. They really deserve more than five stars. I’m gonna go with 10 star⭐️ ⭐⭐️️💙 one ocean '

'It has a very nice, airy, grand reception area. Parking is plenty. The only thing negative is the condition of the bathroom. It needs to be detailed. There are a lot of smudges on the walls and rust on the tub and sink. The sink drains very very slowly.'
