A recently completed thorough renovation of the communal swimming pool and pooldeck, together with a brand new jacuzzi, gives the complex a luxury and appearance that suits the wishes of our guests.
On our safe and gated parking lot, you can park your car just in front of our condo door.

There is one bedroom with a kingsize bed (new in April 2024!) and one sofa bed (queensize) in the livingroom, that makes service possible up to 4 people.
In the fully equiped brand new kitchen it is a pleasure to prepare your breakfast, lunch or dinner, with a 5 burner gas-stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker, oven, blender, American fridge and all cooking utensils.

It’s close to the beaches that belong to the most beautiful beaches in the world, like Palm Beach, Eagle Beach, Malmok Beach, Arashi Beach and near the most trendy American hotel chains like Mariott and The Ritz Carlton.
We recommend to rent a car!
A laundry is also located close to the apartment, if you want to use it.
