Peroneel en medewerkers top .eten was matig tot slecht. Weinig keus en wat er was was niet, of zelfs helemaal niet voorhanden en was ook vaak op. Ik heb het hier over normale alledaagse dingen als boter, eieren etc. Betalingen destastreus als je geen american express hebt, en gewone credit card word niet geaccepteerd. Geld wisselen kan niet en normale nederlandse valuta word absoluut niet geaccepteerd. Verder moet je elke dag precies je bonnetjes bijhouden welke je op je kamer laat zetten anders moet je op de eindafrekening ineens veel meer betalen, alles moet je dus goed narekenen. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is heel heel slecht.

We truly regret to hear of your experience during check in with your debit card. Please accept our sincere apologies for this. Kindly note that this was an exceptional case with your card which we have already addressed this with our local bank, and they are looking into solve this issue to avoid any recurrence. Indeed, we understand your discontent at the restaurant which was due to some challenges we faced island wide. As you may know Aruba as an island depends mostly on foreign imports from the vendors. I have shared your comments and feedback with my management team and will surely look into the mentioned issues with the concerning departments to avoid recurrences. We thank you once again for you being a valued customer and appreciate the feedback which is very important for us to improve our services. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the near future.

The best thing of this hotel is their staff! They're amazing and friendly. From the check-in to the check-out... always ready to help with a smile on their face. The bartenders are very creative with the cocktails and always ready for a good story. Downside was the room itself : *at check-in their was still items from the previous guest in our room *air-conditioning not working (quickly solved) *hair at the bathroom sink *light of the 2nd bedroom not working (not solved) *curtain handle broken on the floor (which we discover when my daughter was trying to poke my son with it) *Kitchen stove not working (solved during the stay) *room had construction dust all around The hotel is still under constructions (which is not stated online). At least that's how it feel as we had noise of a hammer during the day and my little daughter could not have her afternoon nap due to this. I was really expecting to have a room change as the room still had items from the previous guest and was dirty, but was so tired after a 12 hrs flight with two kids that we just wanted to sleep. When I went to the front office the next morning to hand over the previous guest items I did not even get an apology or whatsoever... they just said thank you and put the items in the back office. I did write a review about the check-in experience stating a few of these things in it and only received an "standard" email about this after a week (we stayed 16 days). Pity no one took the time to talk about this.

Property was very clean, upkept and very nice people. 5 stars for sure, rooms were spacious and clean. The ONLY non-positive thing that I have to say is that I wish the bar stayed open later as well as the shops/restaurants on the property. Other than that I have nothing bad to say about this place. The property was new and clean. Our 3 bedroom suite was very spacious and clean. We loved the ocean view. The sunsets from the pool deck and our patio were AMAZING!. Food at the hotel restaurant was nothing to brag about. The ceviche, Cheeseburger and the Triple decker sandwiches were the best but overpriced. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance with many options and cheaper. We would stay here again.

The hotel location and facilities were excellent! It was so nice to have a microwave and a full-size refrigerator for drinks and groceries. When we were here, the pool was almost empty. We had plenty options for chairs at both the ground floor pool and the rooftop adults-only pool. The room was extremely clean and the housecleaning service was impeccable. The negatives: we found the customer service to be average. For example, we got there around 3pm for a 4pm check-in. I understand the room wasn't available, so we left and walked around the area for about an hour. When we came back, everyone else that had been waiting to check-in were gone and we got pushed to the bottom of the queue for our room. Had we known, we would have stayed. The next negative: the food. The flyer they handed us upon check in promised 2x1 pizzas, $15 wings, Wine & Bites but when we asked the staff about the specials, no one had any idea what we were talking about. We gave up and ordered the $21 nachos. They were awful! The cheese looked like it came from Taco Bell. The chicken was overcooked and dry. There was no guacamole like it stated on the menu. Based on that experience, we never ate at the hotel again. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the room and the location but don't expect exceptional food or customer service.

The Radisson Blu was the perfect spot for my husband and I to have a relaxing getaway. Not too big, not too loud. The grounds are beautifully appointed with interesting tropical plants. The Infinity Pool was one of our favorite things about this resort. We were always able to get a lounge chair, and the music was perfect for the setting. The rooftop bistro serves an awesome buffet breakfast for a reasonable price. The 2 br/2 bathroom suite was absolutely perfect! (very roomy bathrooms; the refrigerator kept thing very cold) Although it is only a short walk up to the beach, there is a shuttle provided. There were always complimentary loungers and umbrellas available for Radisson guests when we made our way to the beach daily. We had friends staying at neighboring resorts, and we felt we got a much better value staying at Radisson Blu. We would surely do it again!

The property is nice and the suites are spacious and very clean. My disappointment is the ambiguity around late check out. I was charged $100 because I was 45minutes late arriving at the front desk for checkout. The contract that was signed at arrival had no mention of this policy except that check out is at 11am. I asked for late check out and I was granted until 11:30am but with the two little kids I didn’t make it to the reception to hand in my keys until 12:30. Very sad to end on a bad note so beware of this policy about the upcharge. The staff was not trying to accommodate at all and when I asked to speak to a manager they said they are not working that day. I really enjoyed our stay and was hoping to return but the treatment at the end made me reconsider unfortunately.

We loved the welcoming staff at the Radisson Blue Hotel. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Our room was actually a suite with a living room and kitchen with a full size refrigerator, microwave & dishwasher. Our private patio looked out over the beach and palm trees to beautiful sunsets. Our hotel was in a great walkable area near beaches restaurants and activities. I highly recommend Radisson Blue!

While the hotel itself is indeed beautiful my stay in it not so much. For starters when I got there my king size room with a pool viewing balcony was not available. I was told something “dangerous” was going on in that suite and I was upgraded to a two bedroom suite. I’m no fool I’m willing to bet they gave my suite away to someone who arrived sooner than me. Im good at reading body language and the guy checking me in could barely get the excuses out and made no eye contact when speaking. Considering it was just me I didn’t need the extra space but what made it bad was the overwhelming smell of mildew through the suite. I constantly sprayed my spare body mist just for relief. The view was awful I saw nothing but an highway and construction. I specifically wanted and PAID for a balcony. Another no no was the hot water was very minimal in the shower and none at all in the sinks! Going back to the room inconvenience I was given free breakfast cards for my stay for the room change. The staff was nice for sure the pools could’ve been cleaner and more food variety. I was disappointed the shuttle service to the airport wasn’t included and not offered when I spoke my grievances during checkout. I won’t be coming back to this hotel when I return to Aruba in July.
