'10/10'

'Bel hotel, chambre silencieuse. Restaurant buffet très bruyant !'

'Pictures are completely false, they are from a sister property by the same owner This property is above a burger king, with a tony, dim lobby and uncaring staff. Elevators are dark and dirty Rooms are disgusting and smelly and towels and sheets ate so bad, no even worth touching Nothing about the propety description matches reality Expedia should really ban this propery from thier listings We paid upfront and the were shown these rooms We had to leave because we were afraid of catching...

'Excellent location, views of both the Taj Mahal and “baby” Taj. Attentive and helpful staff, hailing taxis/Tuk tuks and negotiating prices in advance. All in all a very pleasant stay.'

'Best Hotel for ever !!! Super service Super Personel '

'Amazing clean room staff m'

'Quarto estava imundo! Banheiro usado com marcas, no banheiro tinha uns baldes para banho, estava todo sujo, jogo de cama sujo, ar condicionado nao funcionava… cheguei estava todo mundo dormindo no sofa da recepção… a noite toda houve uma gritaria no corredor… nao me senti seguro, alguns momentos fiquei com medo'

'Beautifully Property with well clear rooms & Staff is also helpful'

'The best hotel I've stayed in in Agra! Thank you Ram Naresh, you have been so wonderful to me. I will definitaley recommend your hotel to everyone, and I will book you hotel very very soon again. Once again a massive thankyou all.'

'併設レストランの質が良い ホテル自体は値段相応です'

'Poor cleaniness! The restaurants tables were very dirty and had food stain on them! When asked to clean, the staff only brushed the table off with a soft bristle brush. The bedsheets and towels had stain on them. Literally every single piece. The bathroom toilet paper and tissue papers were half finished. We tried to provide a feedback to the front desk staff on our way out but they didnt seem to care. For a hotel with this price and rating, we expected so much more.'

'スタッフが優しい！'

'This hotel does not have 24hr hot water supply. That is the only downside. Apart from that its a Great hotel for everyone. '

'The staff members were kind, giving us free water bottles. But the room was really dirty, noisy, the AC worked partially, the area was not reccomendable. The pictures on the booking webside did not look like the room itself, as the room was terrible and dirty. Don’t reccomend it!'

'I stayed here from November 4th to 6th, 2026. It was my first solo trip to India, and I was a little anxious, but the staff were all incredibly kind, and I had no problems at all. The room was very clean, and all the other guests were also very nice. I would definitely like to stay here again the next time I go to India. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Agra!'
