'Initial booking was easy and straightforward. But the check-in process left a lot to be desired! The Virtual Front Desk, ask you to send them photographic ID via WhatsApp or email, and they send you the access codes to the property, along with videos on how to use the locks. Once inside the property, you then need to navigate a labyrinth of hallways and staircases in the hope of finding your room. Fortunately for us, cleaners were on site when we checked in, and they showed us where our room...

'Het huis is mooi gelegen vlakbij de winkelstraat en metrostation. Grote slaapkamers met goede bedden. Je wordt goed geïnformeerd door de eigenaar bij aankomst of als je iets wilt weten tijdens je verblijf. Zeer comfortabel en fijn verblijf gehad!'
