'Property is just as described. The porch over the water is serene. Fish weren't biting, the area is slightly flooded, but a very relaxing getaway. The bed is comfortable. Everything you need for cooking is available, just bring your groceries and don't forget the coffee. The town of Jefferson is nearby with nice restaurants and plenty of antique shops.'

Perfect home feeling, nestled in Lousiana’s nature. We enjoyed the view of the lake and did some kayaking. Gathered around the table inside and out and enjoyed meals together. 'Loved all the themed rooms! The kitchen has all the pots, pans, plates, cups and silverware you need but you will need to bring spices and coffee (they have a coffee pot) Oh…big one..No microwave. Since we love art, we were delighted as we opened the door and were greeted by a red, white and blue metal fish on the counter, the blue and red dog painting, various scenes from New Orleans and the New Orleans Saints. 'An exceptional clean and comfortable place to stay that is pet friendly. My wife won’t stay if cleanliness is in question, and she thought it looked and smelled great.The bed was comfortable, the AC worked great, had a back yard for the pets, easy parking right next to house, just an overall warm feeling place. My wife and I travel between our two homes, one in Oklahoma and the other one on the coast of Florida/Alabama. This is about halfway and lets us get a good nights sleep when traveling...

'Charming old house near ULM. The house is fully furnished with kitchen and washer/dryer. The bathroom and bedroom doors are not lockable due to old age. Overall, the house is clean, in a quiet neighborhood, but it needs more electrical outlets for phone charging as some rooms have no electrical outlet or only one outlet. I would stay again if I need to come to ULM.'

'It’s not Vegas, but that said, it was a nice visit. Great food in hotel restaurants! Hotel clean and neat. Room was very spacious. Our room was still in disarray with dirty linen on the floor when we checked in (at 8pm). There was a special event Saturday night with very loud music until midnight which was pretty irritating. But overall, I would go back.'
