'Excellent stay , room was clean and comfortable, check in was easy , right on the highway/lakeside. The free apple fritter in the morning with coffee was incredible.'

'Everything was clean, no issues. What I missed and was surprised not to have on the door to the room was a security chain or door guard. This especially so since the door to the room leads to the outside of the hotel and not to a hotel hallway. The hotel also uses keys which can be copied rather than the new systems which use codes. '

'I really liked this hotel. The room was very clean except when I retrieved a spoon out of the prewrapped cutlery, it was dirty. Pretty gross. '

'Just an OK hotel, I suspect it was probably a very nice place some time ago but is now in serious need of a makeover and also some better housekeeping.'

'Beautiful location with a beautiful view but just feels like there is very little upkeep. Broken mirror in the bathroom, fan in the bathroom sounded like it was going to take off. Some of the lights didn’t work. Toilet roll holder barely hanging on the wall. It’s not a bad spot but just needs some love. Beautiful beach on the shore of Huron.'
