'Sweet little hidden gem on highway 17 north of Sault Ste. Marie. It’s good for a road trip stopover. There’s a small cafe, gift shop and convenience store/LCBO attached. Nice beach across the street for walks. Apple fritters are to die for and you get one free for breakfast. Room was clean and rustic, bed was comfortable.'

'The best part was the restaurant. The rooms were outlooking on the backside (old railway), the room was not very clean, a lot of dead moth butterflies. In the area nothing to do even not on Canada day. We didn't like staying in this motel. Thanks to the restaurant who offered a good meal.'
