'This was my third stay at this motel. When I was checking in, the two other guests in the office also had stayed there previously. That says a lot. The staff was great--helpful and friendly. The grounds were beautiful, a big grassy area surrounded by wildflowers. My dog loved it. The room was clean and well maintained. I'd definitely stay there again.'

'The room was clean and spacious, ample parking and lots of green space for your pets for walks. The staff could use some social skills training, they were not the most friendly when checking in. We booked this stay through Expedia, checking/selecting all the proper boxes/options when travelling with pets, yet the staff at this Best Western was quite rude about not booking directly with the hotel when travelling with pets. And although they "waived" the room cleaning fee of $349.00 to be "nice"...

'Our room was partially below grade and we arrived at the tail end of a heat wave. The AC was left off and the room was very moist, like sheets felt damp. We turned on the AC and it was working all night but still felt humid the morning. My friend had a shower that night and the tiles in the bathroom were wet in the morning.
