'Extremely noisy air conditioning unit. Kept me awake it was so loud. Kids jumping around in room above from 8 PM to midnight and again starting at 4AM. Extremely pungent nasty smell in hallway of third floor.'

'The hotel was friendly, clean, and tidy per usual but as the hot water was out most of the time over the course of two days, and the hotel seemed happy to charge full rates rather than adjusting them for the lack of one of THE primary services a hotel should be providing, I must ding the score. 'The pool was amazing. It’s heated to 90° and it’s a saltwater pool so relaxing we were able to order drinks and enjoy and the staff at the hotel. You’re so professional and friendly. We will definitely be there again at such a pleasant experience. It was my wife’s birthday and she had so much fun.!!!'

'The room was very clean and nicely sized. The bathroom was sparkling clean. Beds were comfortable. We loved the cute little goodie bag for our dog. The view is gorgeous from the property. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of items. Love that there is always water, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available in the lobby.
