'The apartment was nice and clean. Check in was a bit complicated requiring a coordination with Pina. She was nice and helpful. Parking was also complicated having to park in a pay zone and on certain days one could not park on a certain side of the street. The biggest issue we had was with a neighbor from an adjoining unit (still not certain which one) that had a couple literally screaming at each other at all hours of the night. 'Stay away there were cockroaches in the unit When i told the owner he advised that its an old building It had a computer monitor for tv it was suppose to have a 32 inch tv There was suppose to. Be a dryer as the listing states but it didn’t have only a washer The refrigerator was to be full size it was a under fridge I can say t he r only good thing about it was good location We left 3 days early of a five day stay Avoid! Avoid!'
