'Main building is restored Vermont-style. Looks really nice and includes a good restaurant (good menu, friendly staff, reasonable prices). Motelrooms are clean and spacious from the inside and - we guess - are getting an exterior update. '

'2 bedroom small house was just what my friend and I needed for an event we were at in Lyndonville. Close to town and only 10 minutes to the event venue. Very comfortable. Air conditioning was on when we got there and we were grateful for that sine the temps were close to 90 with high humidity. Very clean and kitchen was minimal but had all the essentials. Bathroom was also clean. We saw a doe with a fawn every late afternoon walking across the tree line and very quiet at night. Thanks!'

'We visited Middlebury to do some bicycling in the area (Great biking). The lodging was great in every respect. Air conditioning was appreciated due to very hot weather. Looking out the windows at Otter Creek was a benefit. '

'Second time staying here. It's a great place to stay if you want to be an easy, short ride to some awesome trails and you just need a reliable home bass to hang out, get a good, hot shower, make some food, and get some sleep before heading out to do your outdoor activities. Not suitable if you're seeking luxury. But it's a great place otherwise. The owners are planning some upgrades over time, and it was already upgraded some since our last stay. I hope they get a hose out back for bike...
