'The grounds were beautiful with plenty of places to just hang out. Fire pits at night were a nice touch. There was a cute little porch at the entrance to the room with 2 chairs which we used a lot. My only issue was I had booked a Jr Suite and it was very tiny. No place to put your luggage and the luggage rack was broken. There was a sofa which I guess made it a “suite”. The bathroom was also tiny but had nice towels, robes and toiletries. Also, there is no food except coffee in the morning and...

'When you first pull up, it doesn’t look like much. But when you get inside it was very nice. Rooms are nice and clean. It does look like they have been refurbishing the place. Very quaint inside. The only downside to the stay was the length of time it took to get hot water. Other than that it was very nice. Would stay there again.'

'Large clean room with comfortable beds. There was a decent selection for breakfast and one of the better cups of coffee too. The AC unit was a little loud but otherwise no issues. Definitely met ours needs for the weekend. The owner was very nice and welcoming.'

'There was no heat in one of the bedrooms and bathroom. The desk clerk bought us an electric heater but it only heated one room. If the registers worked, the desk clerk didn't know how to tell us to get them to work.'

'The property really is on a working farm. Upon first arrival we were greeted by a flock of ducks. The farm dogs treated us the second day when we returned from dinner. We were able to visit the sheep, cow and chickens during the daylight hours. Step out the front door during the day to enjoy the Mountain View or at night and enjoy the stary sky of Vermont.
