'Het gebouw is een soort woonhuis van 100 jaar oud. Dat betekent veel lift en krakende houten vloeren trappen. Kamer klein en eenvoudig. Elders was een koelkast te gebruiken. Ruime parkeer gelegenheid gratis. Service is vriendelijk en goed. Het huis biedt op het balkon gelegenheid om te zitten en wat te drinken. Wel is de prijs te hoog voor wat er geboden werd. Maar het is wel centraal gelegen in montpelier.'

'I love this beautiful old farm house! It’s charming and cozy and always easy to navigate your stay. Only reason I didn’t rate the facility as excellent is because it doesn’t have an elevator or readily accessible, should you need that. But the stairs are just part of its charm.'

'Host JP is a true Northeast Kingdom character and his in is, as he'll tell you,"Just like Grandma's house only Grandma isn't home"! The Inn is chockablock with curated antiques of which you'll wish you owned at least three. JP welcomes guests to store food in the fridge, cook and share meals and make their own outdoor fires in a large fire pit. He is almost instantly available should you need his help day or night. And the lake! The Wisconsin Ice carved Seymore, Willoughby, Island Pond, Crystal...

'Good New England-style inn, partially in a new building (but made to look old) and partially in a Victorian building. Rooms large and very well maintained. Very relaxing stay. Breakfast with a 'daily special' hot dish, or eggs, well cooked and professionally served. This was a 2nd visit, from a year ago.'
