'Exactly as described'

'Our son goes to UVM and felt like exploring the area beyond Burlington. This was the perfect location for us to make day trips to bike the Colchester Causeway, get fresh apple Cider, take walks by the lake and see Montreal. The cottage is cozy and cute with lots of thoughtful touches, including robes, slippers, toiletries, local snacks and more. Was also great to be able to bring our dog who our son no doubt missed more than us! Highly recommend!'

'We had a wonderful experience staying in this lovely cottage on Lake Champlain. The views are spectacular, especially at sunset. The accommodations are comfortable and the hosts were thoughtful and considerate, providing everything we could need. They were very friendly, as were the surrounding neighbors. Great place to kick back and relax with friends!'

'Access to the lake was key! If you are a light sleeper this property may not be for you as it is on a main road. It didn’t bother me when I used a white noise machine. I would recommend this to smaller groups, no more than four, due to size.'

'Dillenbeck Cabins are excellent. They're 'rustic' (lots of wood, built by Amish carpenters - it's a cabin not a hotel) but practically new and immaculately clean. The heating is excellent and the cabin comes with all the kitchen. You need to bring linens/blankets and towels but that just makes it feel more homelike. Soap, garbage bags, toilet tissue, washing-up items are provided.There's a boat launch very close, restaurants and grocers 10-20 mins away (we didn't go, that's ours and Google's...

'We stayed in this house because of it's close proximity to family during the holidays, but it ended up being such a great find that we hope to stay in again! The house uses space very well, the kitchen is spacious and I found everything I needed to do baking and cooking. We loved the room that looked out on the lake with big sliding doors. One thing to note is that one bedroom, with the King sized bed, is down in a refinished area of the basement, so it does require lots of up and down a steep...

'The property was great! The house was nice and clean. We had an issue with a leak under the kitchen sink and Steven was quick to respond and came right over and fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes. I was disappointed that there was no closet for hanging clothes and no window coverings in the bedrooms. At the end of the day we enjoyed our stay!'

Everything was ready for us when we came, the rooms are nice size, clean and airy. It worked for us perfectly, the only thing we wish would be better was the weather. 'We had an amazing stay. Everything was very clean and there was every amenity you could want. The open concept and lake views were incredible. The place was so relaxing and truly an unforgettable Christmas vacation. Would love to go back.'

'Very conveniently located. The space was small, but we knew that going in, and the space was set up well. There was a minor inaccuracy in that the description indicated that the door would have a deadbolt, but it did not. All told we were very pleased with it.'

'Beautiful location right at the marina. The way to get in is sort of odd(you go through the office in the front.) Very very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for a couple. Host left snacks and waters which was appreciated. Loved the location. Very well insulated as I couldn't hear cars or even wind from outside. My only complaint is that the pillows were tiny/worn out and horrible. The bed itself was very firm but fine. (Hopefully they replace the pillows.) Will be back!'
