'This could not have been a more wonderful stay. The manor house is beautiful as are the grounds. The deck overlooks the lake with a lovely path that leads to a dock. Breakfast on the deck was simply joyful. The rooms are well appointed and very clean and tidy. Breakfast was home cooked with fresh and local ingredients. Bring a bottle of wine with you for an evening taking in the fresh air and lake views. The owners are lovely and have thought of everything their guests will need. This is a must...

'We stood at the Vermonter. It was our first family 2024 Trip and we wanted something different than our usual summer vacation. The place was beautiful, with the most amazing view you can wake up and go to sleep looking at. I brought in my puppy and it was just a perfect week, there’s lots of food options within 10-15 Mins driving, a park 2 mins away walking distance. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the stay. 'We had a wonderful time relaxing at this property and adventuring to the neighboring attractions. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The fireplace was our favorite. Every morning the lake showed us a new view.'

'Although several sections of the property were under renovation, and some of their internal programs were being updated (to determine which rooms were cleaned) the staff and hotel were really wonderful. The staff graciously upgraded us to the lake view, and made sure the room could comfortably accommodate our family. Pool and jacuzzi area are Fabulous! Great to have parking connected to the hotel. LOVED coffee station on each floor. Would definitely stay there again.'
