'Total lack of politeness and helpfullness of staff. Nobody exceptmanager speaks english or tries to understand you. Upon checking they downgraded us to a cheaper forest room. We were not allowed to eat in 2 restaurants because we were white, they explicitely said. Food was below avarage and with loud movie Annie on background. Infested with mosqitos. Lake pool is just the dirty lake. Were not able to even get water in our room after trying for 1 hour because of lack of english and willingness to...

'We had a wonderful time at Capella cruise. The staaf was very friendly, room was great and food delicious. My son loved the waterslide. In particular I would like to thanks crew members Stefan and Quyet, the went above and beyond to recover an item we left behind it and get it shipped to our hotel in Saigon, very much appreciated. Can strongly recommend Capella Cruise.'
