'Total lack of politeness and helpfullness of staff. Nobody exceptmanager speaks english or tries to understand you. Upon checking they downgraded us to a cheaper forest room. We were not allowed to eat in 2 restaurants because we were white, they explicitely said. Food was below avarage and with loud movie Annie on background. Infested with mosqitos. Lake pool is just the dirty lake. Were not able to even get water in our room after trying for 1 hour because of lack of english and willingness to...

'It was an unforgettable experience! The room where we stayed was overlooking the vast bay and it was beautiful. The amenities on the cruise ship were wonderful, and the hospitality was above and beyond. We felt truly welcomed and cared for by the crew and they always provided what we needed. Truly a Five-Star experience for our family. Shout out to Ms. Kim (the cruise manager), Ms. Erin (server), and Mr. Tran (swim & kayaking), they took very good care of us!'
