'Dit is mijn vaste hotel in Hanoi, waar ik regelmatig kom. Een wijziging in de hotelkamer, het tapijt is vervangen voor laminaat, wat de kamer een wat minder huiselijke uitstraling geeft, maar het is wel een stuk frisser. In- en uitcheck was snel en vriendelijk. Personeel is sowieso altijd erg vriendelijk'

Een buitenzwembad, ligstoelen bij het zwembad

'Net appartement, zeer ruim opgezet en perfect om bijvoorbeeld sneller bij het vliegveld te zijn. Het appartement bevindt zich in een bewaakt complex met receptie. Op het complex zit ook een supermarkt (klein) maar biedt vanalles. Er is ook een goed restaurant, je kan vanaf de kamer bestellen en ze brengen het naar je toe. Appartement bevat precies genoeg bestek / borden maar géén vaatwastabletten. Wel afwasmiddel en spons. Ook een klein zakje wasmiddel (geen droger!). Afstand naar AirPort is...

'The same crappy tune on repeat in the restaurant, mornings and evening. 24 days in a row. Im returning to Vietnam in November and unfortunately have to change hotel, only because of the “entertainment “ in the nice restaurant. '

'Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch. '

'It was nice staying there. Apartment was spacious, modern and well equiped. Manager Bruce and reception staff was very nice. House keeping was not good though. They didn’t clean room daily or when they did not properly. Overall it was a good experience.'

'The location is great - right in Tay Ho and easy to find and get to. The property itself is right above a Starbucks so great place to work and grab a coffee - although why would you drink Starbucks in Vietnam?!? I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom room which was fine by me - high floor and large balcony overlooking West Lake. I need to give a special shout out to Nova at the reception desk. On Friday night, I left my phone in the Grab (I have NEVER DONE THIS!) and he immediately jumped online...

'1 nơi xứng đáng để trải nghiệm. Tới Hà Nội để du lịch 1 mình, bna đầu tôi khá là sợ hãi nhưng nhân viên ở đây rất thân thiện và hữu ích. Không chỉ tư vấn chỗ ăn chơi và còn hướng dẫn tôi tips chơi an toàn tại Hà Nội. Nhân viên còn hỗ trợ tôi đi tour Hạ Long Bay và Ninh Bình. Ngoài ra nhà hàng Rooftop có view Hồ và hay còn mời tôi dự tiệc. '

'Beautiful hotel/apartment We had a room on higher floor and it was beautiful. Our room was equipped with kitchenette and little washing machine. Daily cleaning was immaculate. Hotel is located outside of major touristy areas but short drive with Grab. Breakfast was good with decent numbers of options '

"J'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel début avril avec un ami. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel était extrêmement amical et toujours prêt à aider. L'hôtel est bien situé dans le Vieux Quartier, à environ 10 minutes du lac. Le personnel de la réception a organisé une excursion pour nous au Pagode de l'Encens. L'hôtel est assez moderne et très bien entretenu. Je reviendrai ici lors de mon retour à Hanoi !!"

"The cozines, much needed peace and quietness after a busy day of buzzing around in super-dynamic Hanoi.. The room scent was very pleasant. The staff is very polite and helpful. They arranged the motorbike for the time of staying and a private car back to airport. The location is practically perfect. A quiet alley, close to the French Quarter and the Old quarter, but also close to the main transit boulevard that takes you straight to West Lake. Overall, a great place to stay in Hanoi for a shorter Hanoi visit. They also helped me to book Ha Giang loops tour and transportation to ha Long Area. Great stay!"

Geweldig hotel en supervriendelijk personeel

"Geweldig hotel in het centrum van de stad.Geluidsdichte kamers wat zeer goed is in de luide stad.Zeer goed bed en airco.heel tof rooftopterras.Uitgebreid ontbijt met extra kaart waar je omelet en pannekoeken enz gratis kon bijbestellen..De service is fantastisch..het personeel supervriendelijk!! Dit is een geweldige oase van rust in het drukke centum..dikke proficiat voor gans het team!! Johan en micheline."

"Hotel Meritel is een fantastisch hotel, op alle vlakken. Het is goed gelegen in de oude stad, het personeel is next level professioneel, vriendelijk en altijd klaar om te helpen. Een speciale vermelding voor Anh van de receptie, wie er er voor zorgde dat je we ons ontzettend welkom voelden. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en lekker, met zowel Westerse als Aziatische opties. Wanneer we opnieuw naar Hanoi gaan, gaan we zonder twijfel opnieuw hier logeren ."
