'Hung up in unbelievable traffic in Santa Cruz, I was not able to check into the hotel until 7 AM the next day when they reopened. So I don't have the overnight experience one expects. That said, the room was very clean, the shower had good hot water, and I did get a morning nap on the bed. Fort7nately, it is off the road a bit. But noise carries and young Costa Ricans love their motorcycles. So if you are super noise sensitive that might bother you, but the traffic is really light on that...

'We had an amazing 10 day stay at SeaCasa! Jackie (the property manager) was very helpful with any questions we had. The shipping container seems to be the perfect way to go in Costa Rica. We also rented an ATV for the days we were there, which was perfect! Felt very safe & the pool was amazing! Close to the beach, jungles & downtown Samara. Went zip-lining, river kayaking, & fishing! Pura Vida! '

'Non existent customer service. No phone number that I could connect to. No sign to let me know where the property was or is. I couldn't find it so I had to leave. Wasted my entile day. Trying to get my money back. Don't waste your time too.'

'The location was perfect for seeing Rio Celeste and other rainforest tours. Everyone was really friendly and the food was great. Communication was somewhat interesting because I hadn’t brushed up on my Spanish enough but we made it work! The bed wasn’t super comfortable, shower didn’t get very hot and the walls weren’t exactly soundproof but for the price it was still a good value. I’d definitely stay here again!'
