'Had a nice clean room!'

'We love stopping at this hotel and are completely satisfied. One thing I like to point out is that an extra chair or sofa chair would be nice to have in the room.'

'The pool had clumps of hair in it, not sure how often then clean it. The hot tub has lots of staining on the walls. The hallways carpets were also all stained. The staff was very nice.'

'Firstly, want to state the staff is always warm, friendly & accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, but had a “foot” smell, (have noticed this on prior stays)-a deep clean of the carpets may be in order. We used a side door for convenience and just outside of it the pavement has a large, uneven gap that’s a considerable safety issue. Hopefully that can be repaired before anyone is more seriously injured. While these are maintenance issues that are easily addressed, I’d like to...
